If you read the title of the movie, it is pretty literal with the plot of the movie itself. You may not be able to conceive a thought of it in your mind but, yes, the premise of the movie is jack-ass. One of the best catastrophic movies in recent times. The actors have done justice to their roles and performed decently with the given parts, you will come across many known faces in this film and as spectators our expectations rises with such actors. But the beauty of this genre is it does not matter how big of an actor you are, you need other characters to support your role along the run-time.
This movie will make you doubt your prejudice about the natural satellite of earth also it does create curiosity in the minds of viewers to what will happens in the instant future of the movie?
With that let’s drop to the premise of the film.
The film is based in current time, where NASA and US Government has discovered that the Moon has redirected from its usual orbit and travelling towards the Earth. This is where lots of characters in this movie are introduced with their specialties within different sectors of science to prevent the disaster.
Because of the small run-time of the movie, we may not participate along with the screenplay but eventually the writers and director has managed to land us to the point where each viewer catches up with the story and the ultimate theory about the moon is revealed.
And that is the best part of the movie which separates it from other movies of this genre, where all other movies stick to the actual facts of the scientific discoveries, this film tried to make a story around a completely different phenomenon which leaves you stunned.
Finally, what you can expect from it.
Without a doubt an extraordinary concept about the moon which many of us didn’t even think about, over the top visual effects, amazing acting and mind-blowing climax.
Nevertheless, it does have a plain story about the characters in the movie, yes, everyone has something or other on the stake but it is the end of the world nothing else could be given more importance than that and creators took regard of it too.
And when I mention all those aspects of the movie, do not take it lightly because each factor provides its support towards making it a memorable ending of the world. You can watch it anytime you want but I will suggest do make sure that you watch the movie with all your interest, basically when you are in a mood to watch such movie. It will be one of the best movies, you would have watched in 2022.
