Before We Go (2014)

Genre: Romance

So this movie has been in my watchlist for a really long time. I don't know why but when I saw it's trailer, it seemed to me, my kind of a movie. The very moment the picture starts it will suck you into it with the light music and the situation Chris is playing in that scene. The duration for the movie is pretty short but it is equally fast to catch up with that time.

The story is about two strangers who meet at the Grand Central on a chilly night accidently when both of them are fighting with their own adversities. When we think rationally, we can definitely ask a question, how could anybody fall in love in few conversations? But the matter of the fact is, when we love someone it is not rational neither is it logical, and we are allowed to fall for anybody, anytime in just a week or a day or even in a blink of an eye.

A very subtle but the most romantic factor of this movie is how gently the story unfolds and the flow of relationship between two characters is just like a romantic intercourse unfurl, moment by moment. It will not take you scenes to experience it, just the matter of the frames. And then there is a classic scene where Chris meets his ex after a long time and that will remind you of all the heartbreaks you ever faced.

At the end, you might feel a little empty but it is only for good, because sometimes to keep happy memories you have keep somethings inside you. Some words you don't utter may give you a moment of a lifetime, not everything you wish for will be yours, not every aspiration you work for will come true, and not a person you love, every time ends up with you.

Cheers!
